On Aug. 1, 2025, Fordham Faculty United members voted 98% to ratify our new union contracts. These Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) with the Fordham Administration will be in place until June 30, 2028. Thanks to the hard work of our Bargaining Team and the tireless support of FFU rank-and-file members during negotiations, our new union contracts bring very substantial gains in job security, achieve higher pay for all FFU faculty, and increase benefits and professional development funds for FFU adjuncts.
